Software Engineer

I started working at IAA-CSIC in February 2011 as a Software Engineer for the instrument NOMAD of the ExoMars mission of the European Space Agency. My task was to participate in the development of the control software of the instrument. In 2013 I became the leader of this software project. The NOMAD instrument, on board of the TGO platform, carries out remote sensing of Martian atmospheric components. TGO was launched on March 2016 and arrived at Mars seven months later. Since then, NOMAD is orbiting Mars and producing Science!

Hobbies: I am very keen on reading and on creating things with my hands, including cooking, crafts and building Spacecraft.
